Visual Note Taking, also referred to as Graphic Recording, Graphic Facilitation, or Scribing is the practice of creating visual representations of live events in real time. The process involves active listening and skillful synthesis of information to produce a clear and easily understandable graphic.

Visual Note Taking can be thought of as the process of combining words and images to produce a conceptual map of a conversation, meeting, session, or program.

At the end of the session there is a fun, visually engaging record of the conversations, ideas and opinions shared, which can then be digitzed and given as thank you gifts or hung up in work spaces

‘‘We were really fortunate to have Leah join us for our meeting of the All-island Women's Forum at the start of this month. Leah created for us a wonderful asset of our meeting in both a professional and timely manner. Her creativity and eye for detail was much appreciated on the day, and also as she was completing the digital version of the graphic. I was very happy to work with her on this occasion and would highly recommend her services’’
